I received a birthday cake for my birthday without asking. It felt very thoughtful. the staff was very helpful! the bed was big and comfortable, and everything felt very clean.

I had to pay for an umbrella i left in a taxi. I was not happy about it.

incompetent staff shower leak

I found a couple of things less than excellent. The staff seemed somewhat clueless, like newly hired individuals still finding their footing. I discovered an unwelcome surprise in the bathroom the shower leaked quite a bit, causing water to spread across the floor. It was difficult to keep my feet dry after each shower.

i had a room, specifically a beautiful double or twin room. the location was convenient, close to many attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower had issues. i could not adjust the water temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. the water pressure was so low that i could not even wash my hair properly! towels were old, decor was old too.

helpful staff lovely surprise

the staff was helpful i especially appreciated joy at reception for helping me with my transportation after a cancellation she spent hours making sure i had everything i needed she even stayed in contact after i checked out to ensure i was doing well. the upgrade to an amazing room was a lovely surprise it made my stay even better

i found that the pool was saltwater this was not my preference

the towels in my room were not great quality i expect better at this price point breakfast was also disappointing the choices were quite limited i think it's overpriced considering the selection. also the air conditioner made a lot of noise it was hard to sleep without earplugs
